I ate a crapload of carbs today and didn’t go to the gym like I’d planned and felt so gross I purged for the first time in like a year. And last week I cut for the first time in idk about six months. It was never a serious “”“issue”“” but I fall back on it when I’m really down - does that even count as a problem or just attention seeking? Anyway blah blah blah needed to get this down so I have one less thing to stress about in the run up to exams, I hate having secrets like this.
